I've found everyone's cycle length varies. 8 weeks gives us time to guarantee we hit all aspects of your cycle. We can also go over tweaks of teas, or supplements, or lifestyle tips you can make based on your cycle symptoms.
This is the perfect program to join. We will go over ways to start living around your cycle and strategies to help you start having a more regular cycle.
No. Everyone will be in a different spot of their cycle. We will all learn and grow together throughout our 12 weeks together.
This is not the program for you. We are focusing on healing the period during this course.
Totally fine! You will learn all about the 4 major phases and have an idea of how to workout and live with your cycle after the program. You will have anecdotal evidence of what works for you and what doesn't.
You can still do this program and learn how to live with your cycle and when you feel ready to come off your birth control will have tools you can put into place to have a peaceful period.
All session will be recorded so you can do on your own time later in the day or week.
My goal is to have 30 minute coaching calls as I know we are all busy. I will make it an interactive workshop so you will get a practice and Q & A time.
